What are your customer service hours and phone number?
Our Customer Service Department is open 7 days a week. Monday thru Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m, and Sunday from Noon – 6 p.m. The phone number is (504) 733-4641.

Where does Compass Furniture deliver?
We deliver to most areas within a 90 mile radius.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?
Someone over the age of 18 must be home on your scheduled date to accept and sign for the delivery. We highly recommend it be the purchaser. If the merchandise has to be re-delivered, a charge may apply.

If I do not want my merchandise delivered, can I pick it up?
Yes, at our Elmwood warehouse.

How can I cancel my order?
Please call our Customer Service Department at (504) 733-4641 to cancel an order. You may be refered to a manager to process the cancellation. Custom furniture, special orders, and items held over 90 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
 

What if I have a damaged piece upon delivery?
Please contact our Customer Service Department at (504) 733-4641 to schedule a service technician to come to your home for repair.

What is Compass Furniture’s cancellation and return policy?
If a customer calls within 48 hours of receipt of their order, they may return their purchase for a refund or make a reselection minus any delivery charges. Special order merchandise is excluded. There will be a $99 restocking fee.

Do you have an extended warranty?
Yes, extended warranties are available. Ask your sales associate for the details.

Can I make my monthly payment at your store?
Yes for your lay-a-way payment, but all payments for financed orders should be mailed directly to the finance company.

What bank cards does Compass accept?
Compass accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

How do I report a problem?
Problems should be reported to our Customer Service Department by calling (504) 733-4641.

Will I be contacted regarding my delivery?
Yes, we will confirm 24 hours prior to delivery and again the evening prior.

Will Compass set up my furniture?
We set up and assemble almost all merchandise. Exceptions will be brought to your attention by your sales associate.

Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, they will need the original receipt, a valid picture ID (such as a driver's license) and a vehicle ID.

Can I return my merchandise to your stores?
Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse in Elmwood. Accessories must be returned to the original location where they were picked up.

What is Compass’s warranty?
Compass Furniture honors the manufacturer's warranty.

Can I apply for a credit card online?
Yes, just click on apply for credit on the homepage link.

Does Compass accept checks?
We accept personal, business and certified checks with proper identification prior to pickup or delivery.
