Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to orders from our website must be made within 24 hours of your initial order. Please call Customer Service at (504) 733-4641 and specify that you need to change an online order. Changes or cancelations after that point cannot be processed.

Exchange and Return Policy 
Items from our online store are special ordered for each customer, and so are not eligible for exchange or return.

In Stock Exceptions
Items purchased from our In Stock Page may have different return policies. Please see the In Stock Page for specifics.

Warranty
All items from Compass Furniture are covered for one full year against manufacturing defects. We will thoroughly inspect the merchandise and repair or replace it, at our option. Items delivered to your home will be serviced at the original delivery address; for items picked up from our warehouse, we simply ask that the items be brought back to the warehouse for the same service.

In-store Purchases
Purchases made in our local showroom have different policies; please see your Sales Associate for details.
